About Me

Who Am I and What Motivates me?

For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Toni and I have been practicing different kinds of sports since the moment I pretty much learned how to walk. I picked up the most useful techniques/exercises from all different areas and combined it into my own training workouts. I mostly enjoy training with my own body weight (this is called calisthenics), because I feel like that is the best way to become athletic, which is truly what my goal is and what I want to help you achieve as well.

Challenges and setting ‘impossible’ goals and reaching them motivate me. Since I have a busy schedule and people often ask me to spend some time to help them become fit and athletic, I decided to do it for a couple of REALLY dedicated and motivated people, who lack the knowledge of training and nutrition. I see it as my personal accomplishment when I manage to help someone reach their goals.

The three favourite traits I admire are boldness, fearlessness and perseverance. If you’ve got these, you have nothing to worry about.
